Tarleton Enters Three-Year Partnership with INFLCR to Promote Student-Athlete Brands

From Tarleton State Athletics:

Tarleton State University has taken the first steps of empowering its student-athletes’ aspirations of growing their personal brands by agreeing to a three-year partnership with INFLCR, the nation’s leader in content and compliance software.

“We are entering a new era of collegiate athletics and it’s one we’re excited about taking the ‘Next Step’,” said Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics Lonn Reisman. “There are so many great opportunities out there for our student-athletes to find success with their name, image and likeness and our partnership with INFLCR (pronounced Influencer) will provide them the best avenue to capitalize.

“INFLCR is the premier company in the nation in regard to helping student-athletes take advantage of the NIL opportunities that are ahead of them,” he continued. “I’m thankful to President (James) Hurley for his support in providing the best resources available to our student-athletes. There are a number of high-profile institutions partnering with INFLCR – including Texas A&M, Oregon, USC, and many more – and it’s exciting that Tarleton State University will be among the leaders in the country for our current and future student-athletes.”

INFLCR provides college athletic departments with the content delivery and compliance platform to assist NCAA athletics programs in the management and monitoring of student-athlete Name, Image, and Likeness activities. INFLCR’s Verified suite of products ensures student-athletes are provided the tools, content, financial literacy, and more to participate in opportunities from NIL legislation.

“From streamlining content delivery to providing educational resources in our Storyteller Playbook and access to various digital marketplaces in the INFLCR Exchange, we are excited to partner department-wide with Tarleton State University and put the INFLCR mobile app and Verified product features into the hands of every Texan student-athlete,” said Jim Cavale, the founder and CEO of INFLCR. “Our best-in-class technology solution will empower all Texan athletes to capitalize on NIL opportunities while Tarleton staff can be ensured transactions will automatically report to be reviewed for compliance in accordance with department regulations.”

Powered by flagship new products like the Compliance Exchange administrator dashboard and Storyteller Playbook video library, INFLCR Verified enhances the student-athlete experience by offering a comprehensive solution for responsible brand-building on social media, as well as a fully compliant path to external commercial activity from NIL.

Athletic programs are adopting this approach to educate and prepare staff and student-athletes for new opportunities and complexities from existing NIL legislation, aiming to ultimately provide best-case scenarios for student-athletes who are looking to participate in monetization activities from their NIL.

Those athletes and brand ambassadors are able to access their content galleries through the INFLCR mobile app and can then share the content to their personal social media accounts.
