The Brand Squad at Oklahoma State was created in conjunction with OSU's Spears School of Business. Students from the business school are trained and certified to assist OSU student-athletes with their NIL efforts. Each Brand Squad member is matched with student-athletes to help them generate deal opportunities, assist with their social media, and work on ideas to monetize their NIL.

This webinar hosts a panel of those involved with the inner workings of Brand Squad, with the hopes that something similar can be implemented at your own institutions to maximize student-athletes NIL potential in this new era.
