Anomaly, INFLCR Partner to Protect Student-Athlete NIL

Anomaly Sports Group is partnering with INFLCR to provide business education and tools to help student-athletes maximize and protect their name, image and likeness (NIL) opportunities. Founded in 2015, Anomaly is an industry leader in equipping student-athletes at all levels of the NCAA with personal and professional skill development education beyond their sport.

“Anomaly is proud to support student-athletes with business protective education at INFLCR partner universities across the country through the INFLCR Storyteller Playbook and workshops,” said Anomaly Founder and President Luke Fedlam. “We look forward to providing student-athletes with the real-world, practical knowledge and tools necessary to effectively navigate these NIL opportunities and help them protect what they build.”

In-App Education

Student-athletes from INFLCR and Teamworks partner universities will gain access to educational materials produced by Anomaly within the INFLCR Storyteller Playbook. Anomaly will provide videos and other resources pertaining to and affiliated with NIL business-level Decision Making, Intellectual Property Protection, Contract Analysis, Professional Readiness and Career Planning.

Student-athletes can access these resources on-demand via desktop or via the INFLCR app using their mobile device. As part of the partnership, Anomaly’s offerings will be available through a new INFLCR+ Anomaly service package to support life skills workshops required by states as part of NIL legislation.

“We want student-athletes to have the best assets available to make the most of their time in the spotlight that is collegiate sports,” INFLCR founder and CEO Jim Cavale said. “With the expertise of Anomaly now available in the INFLCR Storyteller Playbook within their INFLCR app, student athletes can pursue NIL opportunities while also understanding how to protect themselves in these business endeavors.”
