INFLCR Opens Senior Leadership Role

I’m excited to announce that I’m opening up a very impactful role on my Leadership Team — the INFLCR Vice President for Client Success.

My client success team has been the key to our fast-paced growth in these first 20 months that INFLCR has been in business;

  • Activating more than 50 paying enterprise clients on the INFLCR platform, from college sports team brands like Penn State Football and Duke Basketball, to pro sports leagues like NASCAR and iconic brands like Adidas.  
  • Supporting our platform’s A.I.-powered delivery of more than 250,000 pictures and videos to 3,500+ active athlete users, who have downloaded and shared more than 50,000 pieces of content to their social media platforms, reaching a weekly unique audience of more than 20M people on Instagram and Twitter alone!
  • Reporting tangible brand impact for our clients on a regular basis, through our live custom dashboards and engagement metrics, which track the social media growth that occurs when sports [team] brands and athletes partner on a platform like INFLCR.
  • Engaging our fast-growing daily active athlete user community [currently 3,500+], with multiple sources of tagged-content for them to access in their personalized INFLCR mobile app gallery, in a real-time fashion that provides them with storytelling content to build their respective brands.

As we grow beyond 100 clients here in 2019, it is the perfect time to add an experienced, talented leader to drive our talented client success team that’s already in place, ensuring that we scale user engagement as we grow our footprint in college and pro sports in the U.S., as well as abroad in our newest expansion region of Europe.

Do you have experience working for a sports team, league, agency, business or brand? 

Our VP of Client Success must posses intuitive empathy for the sports teams, leagues and brands we serve, as well as their athlete user base — usually resulting from significant experience working in the sports industry and the emotional intelligence to put oneself in the shoes of our users. Do you have this experience?

Do you have experience working for a software as a service (SaaS) company in the customer or client success realm? 

Our VP of Client Success needs to grasp our product technically and be able to speak into the product roadmap with our CTO and his development team, using client feedback and user data — usually resulting from experience working for a tech company on a customer or client success team. Do you have this experience?

What does success look like in this role?

You will build a team that grows our existing operation — client activation, support, reporting and athlete user engagement.

  • You will expand the value of existing INFLCR software partnership deals.
  • You will further grow INFLCR’s record-setting daily active athlete user engagement.
  • You will launch new revenue streams that bring new value to our existing client and user base.
