Kennesaw State Announces INFLCR Verified Partnership

From Kennesaw State Athletics:

The Kennesaw State Athletics Department has announced its first phase in placing its student-athletes in the best position in the name, image and likeness (NIL) era with an expanded partnership with INFLCR. Now, the INFLCR Verified suite will be accessible for all KSU student-athletes.

KSU will provide education and tools for student-athletes to pursue their potential in this new era, while remaining compliant with NCAA guidelines.

INFLCR provides college athletic departments with content delivery and a compliance platform to assist NCAA athletics programs in the management and monitoring of student-athlete Name, Image, and Likeness activities. INFLCR’s Verified suite provides the tools, content, financial literacy, and more to student-athletes to capitalize on opportunities from NIL legislation.

KSU and INFLCR began a relationship two years ago through enhancing the social media brands of football and men’s and women’s basketball student-athletes. The company is regarded as the leading content and compliance software platform for collegiate athletic programs.

“At Kennesaw State, we strive to build champions on and off the field, and provide our student-athletes with the resources to maximize their experience. This partnership with INFLCR Verified the first phase in giving our Owls the tools to empower them with knowledge and leverage their brand,” said Director of Athletics Milton Overton. “Kennesaw State has experienced immense progress as an athletic brand, university, and community. Our successful programs, an opportunistic location, and unlimited potential with INFLCR Verified will put our student-athletes in a position to excel in this new environment.”

INFLCR Verified enriches the student-athlete experience by offering a comprehensive solution for responsible brand-building on social media. Tools like the Compliance Exchange administrator dashboard and Storyteller Playbook video library bridge a compliant path to external NIL activity.

“We are thrilled to empower Kennesaw State athletes with the technological tools needed to be successful in this new NIL era,” said INFLCR Founder and CEO Jim Cavale. “With INFLCR and the Verified product features, every Owl student-athlete will be able to leverage content sent through their INFLCR app to tell their personal story socially while simultaneously having access to the educational content available in the Storyteller Playbook and countless NIL opportunities listed in the digital marketplaces of the INFLCR Exchange. With automatic reporting of athlete transactions, the staff at Kennesaw can be ensured their athletes are safely taking advantage of monetizing their NIL.”

The partnership with INFLCR is the first step of KSU’s overall student-athlete development program to be announced over the course of the academic year. KSU Athletics will partner with campus leaders consisting of its R2 faculty and staff for a team-centered approach to best position the Owls for the present and future landscapes.
