Niagara University Athletics Announces Partnership with INFLCR

From Niagara University Athletics:

Niagara University has announced a department-wide agreement with INFLCR, the leading content and compliance software platform for college athletic programs, in response to the NCAA adopting the Name, Image and Likeness legislation.

Simon Gray, Director of Athletics, remarks, “It was extremely important for us to find the ideal partner to fully integrate with our department and excel in this new era of branding. I have been impressed with INFLCR’s immersive approach over the past few years and now look forward to their expertise benefitting all Purple Eagles. As we fully embrace Name, Image, and Likeness and the future evolutions of student-athlete development, forming this strategic partnership is crucial to our continued ascent.”

INFLCR provides college athletic departments with the content delivery and compliance platform to assist NCAA athletics programs in the management and monitoring of student-athlete Name, Image, and Likeness activities. INFLCR’s Verified suite of products ensures student-athletes are provided the tools, content, financial literacy, and more to participate in opportunities from NIL legislation.

“We look forward to implementing the INFLCR Verified product across all teams at Niagara and equipping every student-athlete with the tools to successfully construct their NIL business,” said INFLCR founder and CEO, Jim Cavale.

Powered by flagship new products like the Compliance Exchange administrator dashboard and Storyteller Playbook video library, INFLCR Verified enhances the student-athlete experience by offering a comprehensive solution for responsible brand-building on social media, as well as a fully compliant path to external commercial activity from NIL.

“Through features like the Storyteller Playbook and INFLCR Exchange, the Purple Eagles benefit from streamlined and efficient content delivery, education on building their brand, and connection to various digital marketplaces listing a variety of NIL opportunities they can capitalize on. With the app’s automatic reporting features, coaches and staff can be ensured transactions are safe and compliant in accordance with existing NIL legislation,” Cavale goes on to say.

Niagara Athletics will continue its momentum earned during a successful competitive season in 2020-21 when the 2021-22 athletics season begins later this month with several teams beginning their quest for a conference championship.
