Jacksonville State Expands Department-Wide Partnership with Teamworks and INFLCR Verified

From Jacksonville State Athletics:

The Jacksonville State Athletics Department has expanded its partnership with INFLCR and the INFLCR Verified suite to provide for all of its student-athletes and to assist them in the upcoming name, image and likeness (NIL) era.

The Gamecocks and INFLCR just finished the second year of a partnership with INFLCR that assisted the Gamecock football and men’s and women’s basketball student-athletes with telling their stories and promoting their brand through social media. The new agreement will provide content to all 17 sports, enabling all of JSU’s student-athletes to better tell their stories and build their brands.

With student-athletes now being able to be compensated for the use of their name, image and likeness, JSU has partnered with INFLCR’s Verified suite of products to help equip the Gamecock student-athletes with the tools and knowledge to be able to develop and manage their own business opportunities.

“We are thrilled to announce our expanded agreement with INFLCR and the addition of INFLCR Verified,” JSU Athletics Director Greg Seitz said. “With the NIL era here, we wanted to make sure that we were out in front of this new legislation and able to provide our student-athletes with the tools they need to make the most out of these new opportunities. We’ve always strived to provide our student-athletes the resources to be the best they can be on the field and in the classroom, so when we saw the opportunity to expand what was already a great partnership with INFLCR and give them the resources to thrive in the NIL era, it was an easy decision for us.”

“We are excited to bring both our Teamworks and INFLCR Verified product offerings to Jacksonville State Athletics to streamline and centralize not only communication and operations department-wide, but to also empower Gamecock athletes with the brand-building tools and content delivery to seek out and profit off NIL opportunities in this new era of college sports,” said INFLCR Founder and CEO Jim Cavale. “Gamecock athletes can be confident they have access to the leading technology platforms to successfully navigate NIL in a safe and compliant manner while also receiving all their team-related information in a consistent and timely way so that their time is used more efficiently.”

Jacksonville State will also leverage the Teamworks platform to centralize scheduling and communication efforts department-wide. Partnering with over 2,000 NCAA Division I departments and teams, Teamworks is the industry standard in providing institutions with flexible messaging and real-time updates to create a seamless flow of information between the administration, coaches, operations staff and student-athletes.

“We feel that giving all of our teams and our staff access to Teamworks will be a game changer for us in terms of how we engage our student-athletes and communicate within the department,” Seitz added. “It has been a tremendous tool and asset for a few of our sports and we can’t wait to get all17 sports connected through this cutting-edge platform.”

INFLCR provides college athletic departments with the content delivery and compliance platform to assist NCAA athletics programs in the management and monitoring of student-athlete Name, Image, and Likeness activities. INFLCR’s Verified suite of products ensures student-athletes are provided the tools, content, financial literacy, and more to participate in upcoming opportunities from NIL legislation.

Powered by flagship new products like the Compliance Exchange administrator dashboard and Storyteller Playbook video library, INFLCR Verified enhances the student-athlete experience by offering a comprehensive solution for responsible brand-building on social media, as well as a fully compliant path to external commercial activity from NIL.

Athletic programs are adopting this approach to educate and prepare staff and student-athletes for new opportunities and complexities from upcoming NIL legislation, aiming to ultimately provide best-case scenarios for student-athletes who will soon look to participate in monetization activities from their NIL.
