INFLCR, TeamAltemus collaborate to protect student-athletes’ NIL with Unbiased Education and AI-Driven Due Diligence Technology

Industry leaders INFLCR and TeamAltemus are combining forces on an innovative partnership to provide student-athletes with technology and educational tools to compliantly protect and maximize the potential of their name, image and likeness.

INFLCR is the leading software for student-athlete brand building, serving more than 120 NCAA institutions and more than 40,000 athletes. TeamAltemus provides education, consulting and due diligence services to programs at all levels of the NCAA.

“TeamAltemus is the only unbiased expert bringing protective financial and due diligence education, along with AI-driven due diligence technology to athletes,” said TeamAltemus founder Courtney Altemus. “We are thrilled for the opportunity to reach exponentially more athletes through INFLCR’s innovative platform and its great relationships. Together we will help athletes protect themselves and their brands.”

As part of the collaboration, schools using the INFLCR Compliance Ledger to report and track student-athlete transactions will have the ability to access TeamAltemus’ due diligence technology. This integration will allow for the use of first in-class technology to run reports and receive assistance from TeamAltemus on transactions that need additional attention.

Educational materials produced by TeamAltemus will be accessible to INFLCR and Teamworks athletes via INFLCR’s Storyteller Playbook within the INFLCR mobile app. INFLCR was acquired by Teamworks in 2020.

In addition to brand-building tips and strategies, student-athletes will be able to learn about all key aspects of managing their NIL activity such as rules compliance, financial literacy, fiscal stability, basic budgeting, taxes and more.

As part of the collaboration, schools using the INFLCR Compliance Ledger to report and track student-athlete transactions will have the ability to tap into TeamAltemus’ due diligence technology. This integration will allow for the use of first in-class technology to run reports and receive assistance from TeamAltemus on transactions that need additional attention.

As part of the partnership, TeamAltemus’ offerings will be available through a new INFLCR+ TeamAltemus service package to support literacy and life skills workshops required by states as part of NIL legislation.

“We want to equip our 150,000+ elite athlete user base with the most innovative, efficient technologies and educational tools to maximize their brand potential, and feel protected in doing so,” INFLCR founder and CEO Jim Cavale said. “INFLCR and TeamAltemus have a unique ability to create synergy within monetization of NIL and fiscale literacy and stability.”
