INFLCR continued the Launching NIL tour on Tuesday, June 15th, with a visit to FSU Athletics in Tallahassee.
With the state of Florida being one of the first in the nation to go live with name, image, & likeness legislation on July 1, 2021, discussions throughout the day centered on preparation for new rules and opportunities for student-athletes.
INFLCR’s team met with leadership teams, coaching staffs, and student-athletes, as they continued to prepare for NIL and roll out the APEX NIL brand-building, education, and compliance program.
Tuesday morning was highlighted by CEO Jim Cavale’s appearance on the ACC Network’s “Packer and Durham” show.
A big thanks to the entire athletic department at Florida State, who helped make this campus visit possible and are taking a proactive approach in preparation for NIL.
INFLCR staff members were joined by a video team, who will document meetings throughout the Tour as part of INFLCR’s new Launching NIL DocuSeries, which will feature Jim’s journey to more than 10 different INFLCR institutions in the months ahead.
