INFLCR adds Josh Delander & John Brewer as new NIL partnership directors

We’re excited to welcome two new members to the INFLCR NIL team, Josh Delander and John Brewer.

Josh Delander joins as our Director, Brand Strategy and Partnerships. In this role Josh will bring in new partnerships that offer monetization opportunities within the INFLCR app.

Josh was previously the senior director for business development at Opendorse, where he worked with brands and agencies to execute athlete-marketing campaigns. Josh partnered with brands or their agency to identify the best athletes for online endorsement deals to increase brand awareness and deliver business outcomes for that company.

John Brewer fills another new director role in the area of partnership development. John will be charged with managing INFLCR’s partnership base and leading the collegiate services strategy.

John’s previous role with Oregon Athletics as the Assistant AD for Marketing & Sales included direct oversight of all marketing initiatives including revenue generation strategy, brand building and fan experience initiatives.  As an INFLCR client at Oregon, John also led the launch of the Ducks’ NIL education program, EMERGE. The program utilizes INFLCR as a foundation and focal point for athlete storytelling and brand development in preparation for the NIL era.

Both directors will work under Neeta Sreekanth’s leadership on the new team developing INFLCR’s NIL strategy and services.

“Our team at INFLCR takes great pride in our position as the solution for college athletic staff and student athletes in the NIL era,” said INFLCR CEO Jim Cavale.

“As we finalized our name, image and likeness strategy in 2020, it was clear that Neeta Sreekanth should sit in the leadership seat as our senior director of partnerships and strategy for NIL. We decided to build an all star team around her of experienced and talented professionals who understand NIL and the college athletics landscape.”

“John and Josh were two candidates that came in with a plan and a lot of experience in this environment, so we wanted them to be a part of Neeta’s team right away.We look forward to growing this team and ultimately bring the best opportunities to our student athlete user community of more than 100,000. This new team will ensure athletes not only have limitless opportunities with their name, image and likeness, but are also able to make the most of these opportunities in a compliant manner.”
