Louisiana Joins INFLCR Team with a Multi-Year Partnership

INFLCR is excited to welcome University of Louisiana at Lafayette Softball to the team with a multi-year agreement.

Ragin’ Cajun softball student-athletes, alumni, coaches, and staff will gain access to personalized INFLCR mobile app galleries of photos, videos and graphics created by Louisiana Athletics Staff and other external media outlets who cover Louisiana.

This content is delivered through the INFLCR software and mobile app in real-time, for these Louisiana brand ambassadors to access and share on their personal social-media channels.

“We are excited to join the INFLCR family and get it to our athletes,” said Louisiana head softball coach Gerry Glasco. “INFLCR is a great tool that will empower our student-athletes with the ability to tell their own story.”

Louisiana is the newest INFLCR client from the Sun Belt Conference, and yet another Teamworks client to sign an agreement with INFLCR since an October 2019 announcement that Teamworks had made a major investment in the Birmingham, Ala.-based company.

“I first learned about INFLCR at the TeamWorks Baseball/Softball Fall leadership committee meeting. Immediately after exploring the platform I wanted to be able to get it to our student-athletes,” said Ashley Pauley, chief of staff for Ragin’ Cajun Softball. “I am excited for them to have access to this content and I anticipate this as a way to enhance the student-athlete experience at the University of Louisiana.”

INFLCR now serves more than 500 teams and more than 17,000 athletes from all levels of the NCAA.

“Louisiana has been one of the top softball programs in the country for many years with consistent regional, super regional and College World Series appearances,” INFLCR founder and CEO Jim Cavale said. “They have been a loyal Teamworks client, and now we are excited to add the Ragin’ Cajuns to the INFLCR family. As they compete for conference and national championships, we are proud to help their student-athletes grow both their personal brands and the Louisiana brand, too.”

How It Works

INFLCR’s platform helps clients like the the University of Louisiana at Lafayette send internal media and national photography content to personalized galleries for each of their athletes, coaches and other brand ambassadors.

Those athletes and brand ambassadors are able to access their content galleries through the INFLCR mobile app, and can then share the content to their personal social media accounts.

After the fact, Louisiana is able to measure the increased audience engagement coming from the much-larger collective audience of those athletes and brand ambassadors.

Louisiana plans to use this approach to bolster their online presence in a way that impacts event attendance, recruiting, fundraising, and other strategic goals.
