INFLCR is excited to welcome the Georgia Swarm to the team as the company’s first partner from the National Lacrosse League!
Athletes, coaches, staff and other brand ambassadors from the Swarm will now gain access to photos, videos and graphics created by the team and delivered through the INFLCR platform and mobile app, to share on their personal social-media channels.
“We are incredibly excited to be using INFLCR this year. Lacrosse is the fastest growing sport in the country, and our players are more involved with social media than ever before,” said Co-Owner and President of the Georgia Swarm, Andy Arlotta.
“Giving them the capability to instantly interact with content specifically for them will be convenient for everyone involved and allow them to deliver personal content on their social channels faster.”
“As the first professional lacrosse team to work with INFLCR, we’re eagerly anticipating the positive effect the partnership will have on our and our athletes’ brands.”
The Georgia Swarm competes in the National Lacrosse League, North America’s professional indoor lacrosse league featuring the best players in the world. The Swarm, who compete at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Field at Infinite Energy Arena in Duluth, Ga., won the NLL Championship in 2017, the first professional world championship for any Atlanta professional sports team in 22 years.
The NLL, founded in 1986, includes 13 franchises in North America and ranks third in average attendance for pro indoor sports worldwide, behind only the NHL and NBA.
“We’re excited to partner with our first NLL team, in a great market like Atlanta, to help players grow their brand in one of the fastest-growing sports with devoted fans who are highly engaged on social media,” INFLCR founder and CEO Jim Cavale said.
“Delivering great content to the players will help them connect even more to their fans and grow both their personal brands and that of the Swarm.”
How It Works
INFLCR’s platform helps clients like Georgia Swarm send internal media and national photography content to personalized galleries for each of their athletes, coaches and other brand ambassadors.
Those athletes and brand ambassadors are able to access their content galleries through the INFLCR mobile app, and can then share the content to their personal social media accounts.
After the fact, Georgia Swarm is able to measure the increased audience engagement coming from the much-larger collective audience of those athletes and brand ambassadors.
Georgia Swarm plans to use this approach to bolster their online presence in a way that impacts event attendance, recruiting, fundraising, and other strategic goals.
