Eastern Washington Partners with INFLCR to Grow Digital Brand

INFLCR is excited to welcome Eastern Washington Athletics to the team with an multi-sport partnership! The Eagles are the first Big Sky conference client, and our first partner from state of Washington.

“The INFLCR platform allows us to utilize the content that is already being created by giving it to our most impactful brand ambassadors, our student-athletes, to further tell their uniquely Eastern story,” said Devon Thomas, Sr. Associate Athletic Director at Eastern Washington University.

“There was no hesitation to enhance our student-athlete experience by providing them with INFLCR.”

Eastern Washington’s football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, volleyball and women’s soccer teams will receive personalized content produced by the university and delivered by the INFLCR software and mobile app.

First to launch will be EWU’s nationally ranked football program as it pursues a Football Championship Subdivision championship this season. The Eagles were the FCS national runner-up in 2018.

INFLCR now serves more than 80+ clients and more than 10,000 athletes, including representatives from every major NCAA athletics conference. Eastern Washington is the first client from the Big Sky Conference. 

“We are thrilled to bring on Eastern Washington as our first partner from the Big Sky” said INFLCR founder and CEO Jim Cavale. “The administration at EWU immediately saw the value of putting the student-athlete first by empowering them with content to grow their personal brands, within the context of the team, as they compete for championships.

“For them to also be our first partner from the state of Washington as well as one of the early adopters on the West Coast shows how committed they are to be innovative.”

How It Works

INFLCR’s platform helps clients like Eastern Washington University send internal media and national photography content to personalized galleries for each of their athletes, coaches and other brand ambassadors.

Those athletes and brand ambassadors are able to access their content galleries through the INFLCR mobile app, and can then share the content to their personal social media accounts.

After the fact, Eastern Washington is able to measure the increased audience engagement coming from the much-larger collective audience of those athletes and brand ambassadors.

Eastern Washington plans to use this approach to bolster their online presence in a way that impacts event attendance, recruiting, fundraising, and other strategic goals.
