PODCAST: INFLCR CEO talks entrepreneurship with Baseball and Business

Before he became a successful entrepreneur of multiple companies or launched what would become Influencer (INFLCR) to serve some of the biggest brands in college sports, Jim Cavale was a collegiate student-athlete himself — a baseball player at the University of Montevallo.

Cavale’s experience as a collegiate athlete is at the core of the mission his team is executing at INFLCR: Helping student-athletes (and pro athletes, too) tell their stories on social media within the context of the team brand they represent. That background also made it special, Cavale said, to appear on a recent episode of the Baseball and Business podcast.

Some of the topics covered include:

— Why Cavale started Influencer (INFLCR).

— How the University of Kentucky became INFLCR’s first client.

— How he believes current players can maximize the time while on the field at any level.

— The importance of building a complete team to win in entrepreneurship.

— The current opportunities at INFLCR as the company continues to grow.
