INFLCR, Saint Louis FC announce partnership

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Influencer (INFLCR) founder and CEO Jim Cavale announced a partnership with Saint Louis FC, the company’s second deal with a team from the United Soccer League (USL Championship).

The INFLCR content delivery software platform helps clients such as Saint Louis FC distribute their internally-curated content into personalized galleries on each of the mobile devices of their athletes, coaches and other brand ambassadors, for them to access and share via their personal social-media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and Facebook.

Saint Louis FC can then use the INFLCR dashboard and usage reports to track their “audience lift” via the much-larger collective audience of those brand ambassadors.

“Saint Louis FC is excited to partner with INFLCR for the upcoming 2019 season,” said Tyler Tetzlaff, STLFC Communications Manager. “Their platform will give our players more resources to boost their social-media profiles with engaging content that is easy to access in a centralized hub.

We are excited for the opportunities this will create for not only our players, but for the overall profile of the club as well, and continue to enhance the social-media engagement with our fans.”

After activation in February 2019, Saint Louis FC brand ambassadors will gain ongoing access to thousands of content-items produced by the team that they can directly access in their personalized INFLCR mobile app gallery.

The athletes and other ambassadors will be able to share from their personalized galleries to their social-media channels, building their personal brands within the context of their team.

Saint Louis FC joins the Birmingham Legion among INFLCR clients from the USL. Entering its second year of operation, INFLCR now serves more than 30 sports clients including collegiate teams from the SEC, ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, American, Mountain West, Conference USA, Sun Belt and America East conferences as well as professional sports teams in the MLS, USL Championship and NBA G League.

“We couldn’t be more excited about partnering with Saint Louis FC of the USL Championship,” Cavale said. “For us to continue to add teams from the USL is something that is at the centerpiece of the vision for INFLCR in 2019. We want to work with pro teams whose players are easily engaged and hungry for content to be able to tell their stories and build their brand.

But also, for the team’s sake, be able to increase the reach and help the brand of the team thrive and reach their fan base.

“In leagues like the USL, this is a huge opportunity through social media because they are not engulfed and intertwined in traditional media deals that prevent them from experiencing the value of new media. They are already using outlets like social to tell their story.

It is an easy, natural fit and one that we plan on expanding tremendously through the USL and MLS. This deal personifies us achieving that vision.”
