Week 6’s best in #SMsports

Each week in INFLCR’s #SMSports newsletter, we’ll call out some of the highlights of social media during the 2018 college football season. Want to nominate something to be showcased? Email tim@inflcr.com ….

Here are five items that caught our attention during Week 6:

Notre Dame Football beat up on Virginia Tech, then had a little fun at the expense of the Hokies’ tradition of playing Metallica’s “Enter Sandman.” This is some serious Twitter shade.

INFLCR client Miami Football scored an epic comeback victory over archrival Florida State, then posted these epic highlights that came complete with the Turnover Chain and big plays Hurricanes fans are going to want to relive for a while.

Behind-the-scenes locker-room access never gets old. INFLCR client UAB Football scored a big road win over Louisiana Tech, and then made followers feel like they were right in the middle of the team celebration.

Mississippi State Football beat Auburn, then did some dancing of its own, caught on camera by the MSU digital team to sum up in 6 seconds the way all State fans were feeling Saturday night.

Sometimes simple is the way to go. This single image and simple post summed up the day perfectly for undefeated Cincinnati Football.
